Language and communication

The counter staff at the operator are able to communicate in English, while the drivers do not speak English.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver, as the driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the passenger’s name. Additionally, rides can be found at the company counter or ticket office. For airport or terminal pickups, meet your ride in the designated arrival hall and gate number indicated.
• Pickup delay: For airport transfers involving shared pickups, if a flight is delayed, passengers can take the next available bus or minivan. For private pickups, the driver can wait up to 30 minutes without any additional fee if the flight is delayed.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are not allowed on board.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes after booking approval are allowed. An amendment fee applies for name changes, but specific fee details and the allowable time frame before travel for making such changes are not provided.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are not required to print their tickets or confirmation emails.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are not allowed to eat or drink on board.

Pet policies

Pets may be allowed on board but passengers need to check in advance. If permitted, pets must be kept in a cage during the journey. Additional fees and specific requirements should be confirmed in advance.
