The seats were really comfortable and you could charge your phone. The bus driver was really friendly. The air conditioning was really cold. We even got sick because of it and the wifi did not really work. I would have wanted to have more breaks. Other than that the ride was very safe and smooth. I would recommend it for this price.

Everything was wonderful: Bus Driver, Passengers, Comfort, Cleanliness. I have severe Scoliosis along with having to take medicine daily. I was running late & wasn't able to grab bottled water and take my medicine. The bus driver was compassionate enough to wait a few minutes longer so I could purchase a bottle of water to take my medicine. I will definitely choose Berlinas Bus for trips in the fiture.
