Luis Felipe is a very good driver, kind and friendly. He helped us when we arrived at destination. One of the best person we met in Colombia.

The service was good and we were picked up and dropped off as expected. The company reached out the day before and sent the license plates and names of the drivers. However, it was a small SUV not a minivan, as I expected from the name, so it was a little less comfortable than expected. Still, fine for the length/distance.

This was a door to door ride from Santa Marta to Cartagena. We were picked up in a nice neat clean mini van and shared the ride with 2 others to Barranquilla. Then it got a little odd. We stopped at a service station and one of our fellow travelers was transferred to a waiting car. We were taken to another spot and transferred to a rundown sedan with 2 other passengers in the back seat. When we got to Cartagena the driver didn’t know where our hotel was despite being shown on Google. When he saw the traffic in our street he had a meltdown. Not the professional experience we had expected.

We had a very good and helpful driver from Santa Marta to Barranquilla in a confortable Minivan. However we had to change drivers in Barranquilla, unfortunately had to squeeze into the unconfortable seats in the back of a normal car, another passenger occupied already one seat, the front seat had been reserved for a guest who was obviously a friend of the driver - who was nor friendly nor helpful. we reached Cartagena on time though. Yet we had reserved and paid for comfortable seats in a Minivan. Apart from this experience, I would recommend using this service again.

Gut! Der Fahrer kam zwar statt angekündigt 9:00-9:15 Uhr um 9:45 Uhr aber er hat sich immer gemeldet viva Whatsapp. Vertrauensvoll, und sicher Fahrer. Zwischenstopp in Baranquilla und Fahrer/ Auto wechsel hat mich erst verunsichert aber im endeffekt war der neue Fahrer genau wie der erste sehr freundlich.
