I was a bit hesitant to use Bookaway as I hadn't heard of them before but they offered the best price for what we wanted to do. We booked return fastboat trips from Sanur to Lembongan. There was no contact after booking like there is with other companies (whether direct or through platforms) which was a little unsettling. However all was in order when we arrived to check-in & Dream Beach Express had our bookings for both directions. We had no issues so I would definitely consider using Bookaway again if their prices are best!

Only problem is that the Google maps link you sent in the confirmation email pointed to Sanur Beach, not Sanur Harbour. Might be a detail worth fixing.
