Fortwally -Tickets and online bookings

I used this company twice: from Puerto Princesa to El Nido and again from El Nido to Puerto Princesa, and both trips were excellent. The drivers were very professional and drove with great care. They were extremely cautious on the curves and when overtaking other vehicles, which made me feel safe throughout the journey. Every time a passenger got off, the driver also got out to check and unload the correct luggage, which I really appreciated. You need to walk 5 minutes from the airport going out and in the left they have the office. There was also a 20-minute stop for dinner and to use the restroom, which was very convenient during the long trip and they close the van. Before booking, I had read several negative reviews, so I was a bit worried. However, my experience was completely different. Everything went smoothly. On my last trip, I was the last passenger to be dropped off late at night. My hotel was across the beach and could only be reached by tricycle. The driver kindly waited with me and helped arrange a tricycle to make sure I got to my hotel safely. I was very grateful for his kindness and patience. You need to be patient and book it with time because they wait till the van is full (1h aprox) Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely use this company again. I was nervous because of the negative reviews, but for me, everything was excellent.

Our driver Dodoy was a very safe driver. It made a huge difference for the 5-hour trip through Palawan's rough roads, which he always skillfully avoided for our comfort. Fortwally is lucky to have such a professional driver.

All is ok friendly and helpful

Van wasn’t cramped. Stopped along route for toilet. Ac worked well. Driver was good enough I could even sleep for bits of the journey.
