Futa Bus -Tickets and online bookings

Nice and smooth trip! We got the ticket for the previous bus free of charge. The bed is a bit small for European standards, but it was a nice and pleasant ride!

Reach Da Lat safely

Booking processes and check-in at terminal were smooth, details shown are clear and correct. Two times stop for rest at some rest n relax areas. Only problem was driver and assistant didn't speak English at all and we were kind of quite blur at everything. But still they will search for you first each time before departures. For such sleep bus, better for book night journey. Our noon journey ended up we keep fall asleep and awake, and repeating many times before finally arriving at HCM. Easy to catch Grab at both departure and arrival bus terminal.

Simply perfect service. The bus left exactly on time, was clean and comfortable, and even provided water bottles. The journey was smooth with a well-timed break, and we arrived right on schedule. The staff was also very kind, making the experience all the more enjoyable

For foreigners who don't speak veietnamese. You may be transported by a shuttle bus from the booking shop to a larger bus depot. Eg. In HCMC. When u get off the shuttle bus, use your bus ticket to locate the bus; The bus ticket numbers at the top are the registration/license plate of the bus (look for to locate the correct bus). The number in ( ) is where the bus will pull into and park to allow entry. For example, mine was no; 10. So bus bay no; 10 is what I looked for. Ask often, and the bus staff will keep an eye out for you, as details may change. Luggage under the bus in storage Shoes off if it's raining, keeps bus cleaner, off at door. Stops along the way, may want to use Google translate for the time at the stops. As all instructions from the driver are in vietnamese.
