Service was amazing. Live chat service was outstanding. But one thing that was provided wrong. The voucher mentioned that the departure time is 14:45 from nusa penida but from Gili Gateway office I got to know that the departure time is 13:45. Bookaway should be more concerned about this. Other than this, everything thing was just awesome.
