Although the ferry from Gili To to Bali was more expensive than other providers we believe it was worth. The sea was quite rough that day and going with faster and especially larger boat than others was a win. Although departing late (which is standard in Indonesia) we made it to Padangbai without issues. The boast was clean, half empty (we took the latest that day), aircon working well, the clean toilet even had toilet paper :). In Padangbai there was a staf member in company t-shirt with a sign who guided us to the van (so we didn't have to fight our way through all of the taxi drivers). The evening drive to Sanur was smooth as well.
