Everything ok

It was a first come first serve arrangement. As this is not a tourist sleeper bus as indicated by them, do expect some slight discomfort in terms of space if you are a non Asian since it caters more to their locals. They have numerous stop overs for toilet breaks. Overall, the 10hrs journey was still smooth even as I slept on the upper deck.

The bus left several hours late, and the staff at the station were not able to provide clear information about the delay, there was a lack of communication in this regard. Once we arrived in Ninh Binh at 4AM, the bus left without offering the option of sleeping on it, so we had to find our own way to rest until the places opened.
