The price is worth it: we had a sleeper bus, so while it may not be necessary during the day (as you won't be able to put it in the sitting position), it's comfortable otherwise. Bring a jumper, socks, etc. , as the air conditioning is cool and you can't adjust the temperature or turn it off. The staff, however, are not very welcoming, which is a shame. . . And there are no toilet stops for about 2 hours of travel, just so you know! Otherwise, overall, we had suitcases (4) and it was fine: in the hold at no extra charge, and we didn't really understand the organisation, but basically a regular bus came to pick us up at a place we had gone to, to take us to the bus station where we took the sleeper bus.

Selected seat on line but it was taken when I get on the bus. I paid full on line through Bookaway, but the staff on the bus keep asking me to pay again.

Typical local bus. Reading all the bad reviews about this bus company, I was a bit worried, but all went smoothly. Noone spoke english, but they took good care of me and dropped me at the right lication. We got picked up from the office by a van and transfered to the sleeper bus at a bus station. The usual thing in Vietnam ;)
