Communication is facilitated by English-speaking counter staff and drivers, ensuring ease for travelers.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the driver will be wearing a company uniform, and the vehicle will be branded with the company's colors or name. Additionally, assistance is available at the company's counter or ticket office.
• Pickup delay: Travelers can meet their ride or driver at the airport bus station. For shared airport pickups, if the flight is delayed, passengers can take the next bus or minivan without any additional fee. For private airport pickups, the driver can wait for passengers if their flight is delayed.

Baggage and special items

Bicycles are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.
