- GGYou know the first you hit enter on a new company, a little risky ! No risk here, it was all good I got the exact seat requested and the ticket counter in Phuket had a print out of my transaction and I was given a ticket with a gate number and the rest is history. Bring a winter Jacket for any VIP bus in Thailand. Lignite is a you knotch outfit, very satisfied!!! Gerard BC, Canada
