Long Phuong -Tickets and online bookings

Bus was clean and on time. The border crossing was quite chaotic, as the bus staff took our passports then disappeared out of our sight to get them stamped (we didn’t know what was happening) - I appreciate this is normal procedure, but we did not know what going on so it would have been helpful to be informed in advance what was going to happen and how long it was expected to take.

Comfy ride. Some of the adjustments for the seats didn’t work. We were able to move from assigned seats it wasn’t a problem for us.

I receive this mail the day before my booking , it was 3:52 PM; I just beleive you have canceled the bus for lack of passengers. We're sorry that tomorrow's 6:00 bus is broken, so we'll change you to the next bus at 7:00. Tomorrow at 6:30, please be in my office! Address: 315 Pham Ngu Lao, District 1, HCM City We apologize for this inconvenience. Thank you! » Otherwise, the 7:00 AM bus was OK

Old , but really comfortable seats. Crossed from Vietnam to Cambodia, drivers very experienced, no hassles.
