Long Phuong -Tickets and online bookings

Comfy ride. Some of the adjustments for the seats didn’t work. We were able to move from assigned seats it wasn’t a problem for us.

I receive this mail the day before my booking , it was 3:52 PM; I just beleive you have canceled the bus for lack of passengers. We're sorry that tomorrow's 6:00 bus is broken, so we'll change you to the next bus at 7:00. Tomorrow at 6:30, please be in my office! Old , but really comfortable seats. Crossed from Vietnam to Cambodia, drivers very experienced, no hassles.

Nice reclining seats. Legroom. Unfortunately no toilet on board. Border passing went smoothly, and the driver helped a lot. Satisfied Traveller.

All in all a good trip. A little late arriving but a lot of variables in estimating I would guess. The only thing I would recommend is for them to have a description of the border crossing process. Most of us were pretty confused as to where to go and when.
