Excellent service. Journey time said 3 hours but was only 2 would highly recommend. Driver was very polite.
It took a while for them to confirm the booking, but all came through after contacting them.
All goid. Excellent driver in difficult confitipns
The Minibusride was good- only 40 minutes delay and no overbooking.
Exhausting trip in a very packed minivan (18 people). The trip lasted 15,5 instead of 11 hours, which wasn't the driver's fault, but rather the very poor road conditions. Communication during the ride was difficulte (next stop, duration of stopp, expected arrival time). Number of stopps was very good.
So the length of the drive wasn't the company's fault, but they could have informed us. The arrival time meant that I could no longer check into the accommodation I had booked and had to look for a new one in the middle of the night. which is not very pleasant as a woman traveling alone. It would also be good if there weren't more people than seats on such a long journey. Overall, you simply have to be aware of these circumstances in order to decide for or against this type of transport.
Would have got a much better price if commissioned at the bus station
