English-speaking staff are available at the counters and the drivers also speak English to assist travelers effectively.
Finding your ride
Travelers can easily identify their ride or driver as the driver will be wearing a company uniform and the vehicle will be branded with the company’s colors and name. Additionally, assistance can be found at the company counter or ticket office.
Baggage and special items
- Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board. There is an additional fee for non-foldable bicycles. Foldable bicycles can be brought on board at no extra charge and can be kept in the passenger's cabin.
- Motorbikes: Motorbikes can be brought on board for an additional fee. For the specific fee, please check at the Le Duan Hanoi train station at the Door To Door service counter next to Vinmart.
Accessibility and assistance
- Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible vehicles are available for passengers.
- Guide dogs: Guide dogs are allowed to board and sit with visually impaired travelers.
Booking and Amendments
- Name Changes: Passenger name changes are allowed after a booking has been approved without any amendment fee. However, you must inform the operator at least 24 hours before the departure time.
- E-Tickets: Passengers are required to print their tickets but do not need to print the confirmation email.
Onboard Policies
Passengers are allowed to eat and drink on board.
Pet policies
Passengers are allowed to bring pets on board at no additional cost. However, pets must be kept in a cage during the journey.
