There was a bit delay in finding the name of the passenger on line

I’m glad that Partas Starts operating again? I hope the operation/business of Partas conitnue to a normal operation. Thank you

Good points: 1. Driver and conductor going to La Union from Manila were helpful about directions e.g. where we get off 2. Bus going to Manila from La Union was there at Sebay around 3pm. Not do good points: 1. Bus going to La Union to Manila left late. As per ticket departure is 5AM but actual departure is 35-40 mins late 5:30/5:45AM. 2. When I left my neck pillow, I was just told go to the Partas office in San Fernando, but I am not from there and not familiar with place. Lost and found process can be improved by having a designated center and contact for such cases. 3. I noticed the first 2 seats for left and right rows have a sign that it is designated for seniors and PWDs but in actual these seats were not given to who it was intended to. There was a senior citizen who had to seat at the back because the bus was full. She should gave been given the designated seat for PWD/Senior. 4. Partas bus going to Manila from La Union almost always stopped to pick up passengers causing travel time delays. 5. Seats are comfortable but if the passenger in front of you reclines his/ her chair then it becomes cramped for the one seating behind the reclined seat.
