Bonjour, ce n etait pas un van mais une voiture de tourisme classique conduite par un jeune qui nous a aidé en plus à l arrivée à puno a trouver une agence western union car toutes celles listées sur leurs sites ne fonctionnaient pas.

Could not have worked better. I was contacted the day before the trip per WhatsApp for detailed info on pick-up. Important: keep the WhatsApp number with the local SIM! Pick-up at the hotel, trnsfer to 2nd vehicle at the border, trip to hotel in Puno - comfortable, friendly, . . . Just perfect.

The agency didn't have the minivan on the day of travel, so they arranged a private car. As I understood the agency sometimes need to transport emty vehicles from one town to the other, so it is a good probability that you would get almost emty car for the trip for yourself.
