Ramon Transport -Tickets and online bookings

Nothing bad to say about this transfer. I had read some negative reviews and was a bit concerned but everything went as smooth as it could have. Driver was on time and drove us straight to the ferry. Bought out ferry tickets, told us where to catch ferry then took our picture to send to driver on other side. When we arrived driver spotted us from the picture, escorted to the van and straight to our hotel. Arrived 45 minutes earlier the stated. Everything from beginning point in Ao Nang Beach to hotel in Koh Samui was excellent. .

Everything went fine until we reached Koh Samui pier. There, although we had booked and paid for a taxi to take us to our hotel no indication told us which one to take amongst those waiting and no one came to meet us. Finally after waiting for 45 mn in scorching heat one driver took pity on us and drove us to our hotel. So I don't recommend booking a taxi in advance for the final leg of your trip.

War ein sehr guter Transport. War alles pünktlich, außer die Fähre, aber das sind Umstände, wofür der Dienstleister nichts kann. Der Fahrer im Bus hat den ganzen Weg lang telefoniert, das hätte nicht sein müssen, aber ansonsten alles perfekt.

Really good in general. The ferry was a little late.
