I booked this van to go to Acapulco where I had booked a hotel stay as well. The location provided was a huge tourist area known as Cathedral Metropolitan. I checked with Tourist Guides available there. They did not know this name Reserv Van. The phone number provide was non-existant. So this is complete scam. I lost my money of van. I did not reach Acapulco so my hotel booking money also was wasted.
