Language and communication

All staff, including counter personnel and drivers, are proficient in English, facilitating effective communication for passengers.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are allowed on board with an additional fee, which is to be paid at the terminal depending on the destination.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are allowed on board with an additional fee, which is payable at the terminal and varies by destination.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible vehicles are available.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are allowed to board and sit with visually impaired travelers.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Once a booking has been approved, passengers cannot change their names. Name changes can only be handled at the terminal counter, where the fee will be determined.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are required to print their tickets but do not need to print the confirmation email.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are allowed to eat and drink on board.

Pet policies

Pets are allowed on board but must be kept in a cage. There is an additional fee for bringing pets, which will be determined at the port.
