Great shuttle service overall — smooth, reliable, and well worth the price. The only hiccup was that we were informed just 12 hours before our 5:30 AM departure that the hotel pickup we had confirmed weeks earlier was no longer possible, leaving us to arrange a last-minute taxi to the pickup spot. A bit stressful, but the shuttle itself delivered.

The shuttle was delayed for about an hour, and I thought they were working on me and that there was no shuttle, in the end the driver arrived and was very cute and the whole transfer was perfect Pura Vida 🌴
