Language and communication

The operators ensure that the counter staff are equipped to communicate in English, enhancing service accessibility for English-speaking passengers. However, drivers may not necessarily speak English, so passengers should be prepared for this possibility.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: To locate their ride or driver, travelers will find the driver waiting with a sign bearing the passenger's name, or they can go to the company counter or ticket office. If the pickup is at an airport or terminal, the meeting point details are typically provided at the time of booking.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if the flight is delayed, it is possible for passengers to take the next bus or minivan. For private airport pickups, the driver can wait approximately 15-20 minutes for passengers without any additional fee.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are not allowed on board.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes after booking approval are allowed. An amendment fee for name changes is applicable, but the specific fee and the allowable time frame before travel for making such changes have not been provided.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are not required to print their tickets or confirmation emails.
