Satun Experience Tours have an office in the Tammalang ferry terminal and they were there expecting me. The man who dealt with me was very helpful. I don't know if this is normal, but there were only three of us and we were driven to Satun bus station and guided to get on a shared minibus. However this was not scheduled to leave for another 50 mins and then it took a long time to get to Trang as it stopped all along the way. In the end it took 3h30 to get to Trang.

We are very happy with this guys! Today 13. 12. 24 we use their services to get from Satun to Krabi. We were pleasantly surprised with everything: 1) The representative met us strait after the ferry with the sign and with ready local simcard in the hand! (We asked through WhatsApp - extra) 2) They drove us to a bus Satun station very fast and efficient, and even led us to a representative there. Very nice lady too 3) The bus has a luxury touch : tall pink Mercedes with very nice design! There is free WiFi and Toilet. 4) All staff were efficient and professional. Thank you very much
