Finding your ride
- General pickup information: Travelers can easily find their ride or driver as the driver will be wearing a company uniform and the vehicle will be branded with the company's colors or name. Additionally, travelers can go to the company counter or ticket office. Specifically, at Hatyai airport, travelers can meet their driver at the company's counter and exit door, and at Krabi airport, travelers should look for their private car at the only one way exit.
- Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, passengers can take the next bus or minivan without any additional fee if their flight is delayed. It's important to inform about the flight delay to avail this service at no extra cost. For private airport pickups, the driver will wait for up to one hour at no additional charge. If the wait extends beyond the specified time, fees for arranging another car will apply, resulting in a double charge.

- Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board without any additional charges. However, for speedboats, there is a **strong**200 baht**/strong** charge to bring a bicycle, and bicycles are not accepted with shared transfers.
- Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

- Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs can be accommodated on vehicles free of charge.
- Guide dogs: Guide dogs are only allowed if they are kept in a cage.
Booking and Amendments
- Name Changes: Name changes after a booking has been approved are permitted. Changing a passenger’s name is free of charge.
- E-Tickets: Passengers are not required to print their tickets or confirmation emails.
