Shinkansen JR Central

  • As it was the first time for me to use the Shikansen I was a Bit unsure if it will work, but the Customer Support did Great work in Communications with me and finally all worked perfectly.

  • The trip was very nice and fast. Check-in with QRcode is the best, because it is very crowded.

  • That was great

  • Perfect and easy! Going to book again for sure.

  • Excellent experience, worth the additional cost

  • Everything worked, however it was non refundable and non changeable unlike if you book with them directly
