Language and communication

All operators provide English-speaking counter staff and drivers to assist passengers effectively.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their driver as they will be waiting with a sign displaying the passengers' name.
• Pickup delay: When arriving at the airport, travelers can meet their ride or driver at the exit door where the guide will be waiting at the meeting point with a name sign. For private airport pickups, if the flight is delayed, the driver can wait for passengers as long as they are on the same flight number, and there will be no additional charge. For shared airport pickups, information regarding delays and next available transfer options was not provided.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board at no additional cost if they are in a box and only when traveling with a minivan.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance
