They didn't have a sign with my name on it like it said, but I asked one of the shuttle drivers where Solanch was and they directed me to a very nice young lady who helped me find my van without problem

Overall went well but the company could have contact me before I had contacted them. There were punctual but the driver have stopped 2 blocks away and I had to keep an eye on the internet otherwise I would have lost

We landed in Punta Cana, at 10 pm as expected from our Flight from Toronto.Our transport driver was not there with the name on a sign as in the add BUT , they quickly arranged for a substitute ride, this time a van for just the two of us. All went smooth ,pleasant and efficient. I will definitely use this company again and I strongly recommend it.They proved reliability. Thank you

General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the passengers' name.
Pickup delay: Travelers can meet their ride or driver at the designated arrival hall and gate number for airport or terminal pickups. For shared airport pickups, if the flight is delayed, passengers can take the next available bus or minivan without any additional cost. In private airport pickups, the driver will wait for up to 60 minutes if the flight is delayed, with no mention of an additional fee.

Baggage and special items

Bicycles can be brought on board without an additional fee.

Accessibility and assistance

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. There is a Dodge Caravan available with sizeable seats to accommodate this need.
