Great driver. Even though Bookaway did not share our proper address and messed around with our booking, the driver found us and showed flexibility. Very friendly too.

Unlike 2 months ago, this time everything was perfect. Immigration and customs at Punta Cana went unusually fast and we were ready to travel one hour ahead of booked time. We got our ride within about 15 minutes. Ride was smooth, the driver was good, not speaking much English, but very helpful and friendly. I will definitely book Solanch again next time we are in Punta Cana.

General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the passengers' name.
Pickup delay: Travelers can meet their ride or driver at the designated arrival hall and gate number for airport or terminal pickups. For shared airport pickups, if the flight is delayed, passengers can take the next available bus or minivan without any additional cost. In private airport pickups, the driver will wait for up to 60 minutes if the flight is delayed, with no mention of an additional fee.
