Language and communication

Both the counter staff and the driver speak English, facilitating clear communication for passengers.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily find their ride or driver as the vehicle is branded with the company's colors and name, and is typically located at the company counter or ticket office. For pickups at airports or terminals, the bus stops outside the airport, readily available for boarding.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if your flight is delayed, you can take the next bus or minivan without any additional fee.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are permitted on board, subject to an additional fee decided by the conductor at the boarding area.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Vehicles are wheelchair accessible.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are allowed to board and sit with a visually impaired traveler.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Passengers can change their name after a booking has been approved. A name change is permitted up to 24 hours before departure.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are required to print their tickets but do not need to print the confirmation email.
