Subham Ferry -Tickets and online bookings

The ride was comfortable with beautiful views all the way. Only complaint was the media shown, at loud volume, on television screens upstairs and downstairs. A violent film was screened, then non-stop music videos. This detracted from what would have otherwise been a very peaceful and tranquil ride. In future, I recommend to Subham Ferry to not play any videos or project any sound. Allow passengers to simply sleep or enjoy the scenery in peace. Thank you.

I enjoyed the journey in the ferry. The services were good. Only draw back was when I booked through this online portal I was charged almost double. the price of the ticket was approximately 15000 LKR but when I paid online it was approximately 29000 LKR. I Understand that there will be a fee by the service provider but charging almost double is too high. At least for that price you should allow passengers to travel in the executive deck and serve refreshments without cost.

The trip with Subham Ferry from Nagapattinam to Jaffna was a good experience! People were super friendly, a tasty breakfast was included (for the ferry that left at 07:30 AM), seats were comfortable.
