Für die Rückkehr von der Insel nach Krabi haben wir online gebucht und sind so auf diese Firma gestoßen. Das Boot war relativ klein, in der Mitte konnten maximal 2 Leute sitzen. Rechts und links befanden sich dann lange Sitzbänke. Diese waren zur Mitte hin gewendet. Recht unbequem aber machbar. In Pakbara sollte man sich an das Office für die Weiterfahrt mit dem Bus wenden. Hat alles gut funktioniert. Es wurde eine Pause von 30 Minuten eingelegt und die Fahrer haben einen sogar zum Hotel gebracht (je nach Lage kostet es Aufpreis, für Ao nang mussten wir nichts extra bezahlen, dafür den Bus wechseln) - in diesem Zuge habe ich mein Kissen vergessen und mich dann an den Anbieter gewendet. Der Fahrer rief mich gleich an und an jeder Stelle wurde nachgehakt. Bee, meine Kontaktperson, hat mir wirklich sehr weitergeholfen. Ich habe mein Kissen zurück bekommen und bin endlos froh! Es wurde mir zum Hotel gebracht und ich wurde zeitnah informiert.

The actual journey was average, can’t complain. We were picked up on time, but delayed due to traffic at the ferry to Koh Lanta (no biggie). The van was packed with people and bags so not very comfortable. The service from the staff after I forgot my fancy filtered water bottle on the van, however, was OUTSTANDING! A very sweet and helpful receptionist went well out of her way to track down my driver, find the bottle, and then personally delivered it to my hotel the next day. She wouldn’t even accept a tip!! Truly went above and beyond! They have some really great people working here, especially in Koh Lanta. Thank you, Bee <3
