Even the boat and boarding areas sport the company's Kompas branding. When picking up from airports or terminals, specific details regarding the arrival hall and gate number for meeting the ride or driver are provided to ensure a smooth connection.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are permitted on board with an additional fee of 5 EUR.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access is available. Crew members assist passengers in wheelchairs during the boarding process, although there are no special ramps or elevators.
• Traveler aid: Traveler aids or assistants are required to pay the regular ticket price, which is regular ticket price.
