This cabin bus us perfect if you want to travel comfortably while enjoying the greeneries of Vietnam. We rode this from HCM to Da Lat. The whole trip was very smooth and I was able to get some rest on the way.

The buses were comfortable, clean and they got us there. There were plenty of toilet break opportunities, but no toilet paper, so take some with you. Thebooking app suggested a deluxe small coach allowing us to choose our seats. We had small a coach for first 2 hours but without the seats we had chosen. We stopped after not long and had to change to a sleeper bus. We had specifically chosen not to go on a sleeper bus. In reality it was very comfortable but no good if you are allocated the middle aisle and wanted a view! Only an hour or so later and just dropping off to sleep, we had to get out again. We’d arrived at the border. There were 3 different border processes here, involving getting on and off the bus iwithin short distances. We were told we had to have 40 US dollars cash each. We brought a 100 dollar note with us. But were told it was an old design and was not accepted. We had only exchanged it the day before! Problem was resolved by the courier who leant us the money and we took out some at an atm later to repay him. If only this was made clear at the start, we would have come with the right notes (ideally get them from an atm and don’t use a currency exhange who seemed to have fobbed us off with notes that no one wants). We arrived at Phnom Phen 1. 5 hours late which was unsurprising given the traffic and the amount of stops. There was no communication as to what was going on. We had a chat with an Australian guy who had done it about 10 times and said it was different every time. My take away was that you need to be flexible, go with the flow, trust in the process that you they will get you there, even if it’s not as you expected

I expect one - two hours over on travel time almost normal. Bus was quite noisy mechanically with some vibration through cabin but clean and good driving with two good food break stops
