Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the vehicle will be branded with the company colors and name. Additionally, assistance is available at the company counter or ticket office.
• Pickup delay: Travelers can meet their ride or driver at the Airport Bus Halt area. For shared airport pickups, if the flight is delayed, it is possible to take the next bus or minivan for an additional fee, which is 10/20 USD. For private airport pickups, the driver can wait for the passengers without any additional fees mentioned.

Baggage and special items

Bicycles are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs are not allowed.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes after a booking has been approved are permitted. An amendment fee for a name change may be applicable.
