The counter staff at this location are equipped to communicate in English. However, the drivers do not speak English.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the driver will be wearing a company uniform and the vehicle will be branded with the company colors or name. Additionally, they can check at the company's counter or ticket office for assistance. For airport or terminal pickups, specific arrival hall and gate information is not provided.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if a flight is delayed, passengers can take the next bus or minivan without any extra charge. For private airport pickups, the driver cannot wait for passengers if they are late.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are not allowed on board.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board. There is no additional fee since motorbikes cannot be brought onto the vehicle.
