In general the service was good. There was only one incident, the company (Nexus Tours) was never informed that I had cancelled my first booking due to the fact that when I asked for a change in my drop off they rejected my request. So, I cancelled the first reservation and I was even refunded. Then, I booked again with my new drop off and it was confirmed. I even filled a confirmation form the day before of my trip. What a surprise that when I got to the airport they still had the first address even though it had already been cancelled. Luckily they were able to solve this situation and after one hour I was in my way to Punta Cana. I appreciate Nexus Tours preocupation to solve this. The van was ok, the driver was polite and the trip was nice.
