Finding your ride

Travelers can easily identify their ride as the vehicle will be branded with the company’s colors and name. For pickups at airports or terminals, the designated meeting point is at the port arrival hall and gate number.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board. There is no additional fee for bringing a bicycle, however, in some cases, there may be a fee of 100 pesos.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are allowed on board with an additional fee, which varies based on size and weight.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair users are welcome as vehicles are equipped to be wheelchair accessible.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes are permitted after a booking has been approved. There is no amendment fee for changing a passenger's name, but the change must be made at least 12 hours before departure.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are required to print both their ticket and confirmation email before boarding.
