Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily find their ride or driver as the driver will be wearing a company uniform and the vehicle will be branded with the company's colors or name. Specifically, at Hatyai airport, travelers can meet their driver at the company's counter and exit door, and at Krabi airport, travelers should look for their private car at the only one way exit.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, passengers can take the next bus or minivan without any additional fee if their flight is delayed. It's important to inform about the flight delay to avail this service at no extra cost. For private airport pickups, the driver will wait for up to one hour at no additional charge. If the wait extends beyond the specified time, fees for arranging another car will apply, resulting in a double charge.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board without any additional charges. However, for speedboats, there is a **strong**200 baht**/strong** charge to bring a bicycle, and bicycles are not accepted with shared transfers.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.
