The train is very luxurious and comfortable. The cabin is very clean. There are a lot of space for baggages. It is the best traveling experience ever.

Zeer gemakkelijk te boeken. En scheelt tijd & geld als je het op een metro station wil kopen. Het online ticket was simpel te scannen. Paspoort kan je bij de automaat inscannen en je ontvangt je ticket om door de poortjes te gaan. Kom op tijd - of neem tijd - als je geen gereserveerde plaatsen hebt en een lange rit voor de boeg hebt. Eerste stukje hebben we gestaan. Bij de eerste stop stapten er veel passagiers uit waardoor we de rest van de reis konden zitten. Het is een super relaxte manier van reizen! We hebben meteen de tickets voor de volgende reis geboekt!

Booking is easy, the web interface is user friendly from searching a ticket to payment. Received the confirmation e-mail within an hour. Using that to exchange for actual Shinkansen ticket was also easy from friendly ticketing staff who are very helpful. Overall a positive experience and some saving.

We were so happy to be able to use this site to book each leg of our trip as needed. No need for an experience pass. We got the etix and then, if needed, asked for help at the station as to how to best redeem the etix for physical tickets. The people at the station we're always helpful and we were able to make our trains.
