Both the counter staff and drivers are proficient in English to assist travelers effectively.
Finding your ride
- General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the driver will be in company uniform, waiting with a sign displaying the passengers' name. Additionally, the vehicle will feature the company's branding. For convenience, there is also a company counter or ticket office available.
- Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if your flight is delayed, you are allowed to take the next available bus or minivan. However, an additional fee will be required, with the specific amount determined at the terminal. Regarding private airport pickups, if your flight is delayed, the driver can wait for up to 60 minutes without an additional fee.
