Comfortable cabins but aircon too cold

The pick up by the taxi and at the ferry where on time and at the right place and the arriving was on time and at the good place.

Alles lief reibungslos. Der Bus war zwar 20-30 Minuten zu spät an der Abfahrtshaltestelle aber nach kurzer Rückfrage wurde mir bestätigt, dass der Bus unterwegs ist. Die Kabine ist zwar nicht die größte aber viel viel besser als 10,5 h im Bus zu sitzen.

Nice Trip. We have been surprisingly two hours earlier at Halong. Great to have some coffee before the checkin at the hotel. Thank you.

I was told the trip was 10 long leaving at 8. 30pm which would put me in Hanoi at about 6am. A good time to arrive I thought. But I arrived at 4. 15am and my Homestay didn’t open till 6. So I had to sit on a cold, dark step till then. Toilet stops along the way were very shabby too.
