Finding your ride

Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the vehicle will be marked with the company’s colors and name. Additionally, assistance is available at the company's counter or ticket office.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board at no additional cost, provided they fit into the bus's storage on the departure date.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes after booking approval are allowed without any amendment fees. However, it is necessary to inform the operator at least 4 hours before the departure time.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are required to print their tickets but do not need to print their confirmation email.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are allowed to eat and drink on board.

Pet policies

Pets are not allowed.
