Finding your ride
- General pickup information: Travelers can locate their ride or driver as they will be waiting with a sign displaying the passengers' name or can be found at the company counter or ticket office. If the pickup location is at an airport or terminal, the specific arrival hall and gate number will be provided where travelers can meet their ride or driver.
- Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if a flight is delayed, customers may need to wait for or switch to the next available bus or minivan. There might be an additional fee applicable for such changes. For private airport pickups, if the flight is delayed, the driver can wait for the passengers as long as it is within the same day and not more than 6 hours. This extended wait is offered without any additional fee.
Baggage and special items
- Bicycles: Bicycles are allowed on board, but an additional fee is required. The exact fee depends on the type of car.
- Motorbikes: Motorbikes cannot be brought on board.
Booking and Amendments
- Name Changes: Name changes after booking approval are permitted without any amendment fees.
- E-Tickets: Passengers are not required to print their tickets or confirmation emails.
