The Company was not able to change the booking. Allthogh they made a mistake. Therefore I cancelled the booking

Time was a bit tight so the driver drove quickly without any undue risks. Very good organisation

Boat team was very organized on Ko lipe’ and we left on time and arrived Pakbura pier Satun on time. A rep was waiting on dock holding a sign with my name on it; very impressive. Rep escorted me to van; driver was 20 minutes late. Seemed thoughtless of his passengers. No bottled water was provided to passengers in the heat; only driver had water and he stopped for food for himself while passengers remained in van. Late to destination. Inconsiderate driver.
