Finding your ride
General pickup information:Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the driver will be dressed in a company uniform, waiting with a sign displaying the passengers' name, and the vehicle will be marked with the company's colors or name. Additionally, assistance can be found at the company counter or ticket office. For airport or terminal pickups, passengers should head to the Island Star ticketing booth or look for the designated signs outside the arrival area.
Pickup delay:For shared airport pickups, passengers can switch to the next available bus or minivan if their flight is delayed, without any additional charge. For private airport pickups, the driver will wait for passengers even if the flight is delayed, and no additional fees are imposed for this waiting time.
Baggage and special items
Bicycles:Bicycles are allowed onboard for an additional fee, which needs to be determined at the port.
Motorbikes:Motorbikes are not allowed on board.
Accessibility and assistance
Wheelchair accessibility:Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available.
Guide dogs:Guide dogs are allowed to board and sit with visually impaired travelers.
