  • The driver was on time and drove us safely to Hanoi. The traffic was heavy. We had a toilet stop half way.

  • The driver was really kind because went picking us at our hotel although it was not planned and we were expected to go to the Hoi An old town (we were a bit outside of the city center). The trip was smooth and we arrived before the estimated time! In addition to that, I really would like to thank our driver because I forgot a book in the van and he came back for it :)
