Good bus but did not bring us all the way to ho chi minh transfer in a mini bus for 1 hour. was not mention when we purchased ticket

A bewildering ride but got the job done in maximum comfort! Drivers hesitant to engage in English even when using Google translate, we were unsure about many things during the trip including a dinner stop over at a truck stop where everyone else except us were individually asked whether they would want a meal at the stop and paid cash during that time - I asked if we needed to pay for anything and was told no. We fended for ourselves here but the owners of the stop were helpful in feeding us separately. No toilet on board but two proper stops during the 12 hr trip. We did pull over about ten times in the first hour of the trip for the driver to load up on various vegetables, have smoke breaks etc so were an hour later on arrival. The bus itself is fully decked out with reclining chairs, wide and comfortable beds, charging outlets etc. Bring your own blanket if you have space for it. The seatbelts sit quite low and the ride was bumpy but all in all a pretty great trip and worth the money!
