Finding your ride

Drivers wear uniforms and the vehicles are adorned with company colors and names. For added convenience, travelers will find staff in company-branded uniforms at the company counter or ticket office. Even the boat and boarding areas sport the company's Kompas branding. When picking up from airports or terminals, specific details regarding the arrival hall and gate number for meeting the ride or driver are provided to ensure a smooth connection.
Baggage and special items
- Bicycles: Bicycles are permitted on board with an additional fee of 5 EUR.
- Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.
Accessibility and assistance
- Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access is available. Crew members assist passengers in wheelchairs during the boarding process, although there are no special ramps or elevators.
- Traveler aid: Traveler aids or assistants are required to pay the regular ticket price, which is regular ticket price.
Booking and Amendments
- Name Changes: Name changes are allowed up to 12 hours before departure without an additional charge. This ensures accurate traveler lists for cross-border ferry operations.
