Language and communication

English-speaking staff are available both at the counter and among the drivers, ensuring smooth communication for travelers.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the driver will be in a company uniform and holding a sign with the passenger's name.
• Pickup delay: Travelers can meet their ride or driver outside the arrival/exit area of the airport. For shared airport pickups, if a flight is delayed, passengers can take the next available bus or minivan without any additional fee. For private airport pickups, the driver will wait as long as the flight is delayed, and no additional fees will apply for waiting.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are allowed on board for an additional fee of 835.00PHP.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are not available.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes after a booking has been approved are permitted without any amendment fees.
• E-Tickets: Passengers do not need to print their tickets or confirmation emails.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are allowed to eat and drink on board.

Pet policies

Pets are allowed on board if the booking is for a private transfer. Pets must be kept in a cage. There is no additional fee for bringing pets as long as the booking is private.
