- Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.
Booking and Amendments
- Name Changes: Name changes on bookings are allowed without a charge. However, the agency needs to be informed about the new name. If there are changes to the date and time, a fee of 40 baht will be charged.
- E-Tickets: Passengers are required to print their tickets but do not need to print the confirmation email.
Onboard Policies
Passengers are not allowed to eat on board during COVID times; however, drinking water is permitted.
Pet policies
Passengers can bring a small pet on board, but it must be kept in a cage. There is an additional fee of 300 for bringing a pet on board.
