The Minibusride was good- only 40 minutes delay and no overbooking.

Exhausting trip in a very packed minivan (18 people). The trip lasted 15,5 instead of 11 hours, which wasn't the driver's fault, but rather the very poor road conditions. Communication during the ride was difficulte (next stop, duration of stopp, expected arrival time). Number of stopps was very good. So the length of the drive wasn't the company's fault, but they could have informed us. The arrival time meant that I could no longer check into the accommodation I had booked and had to look for a new one in the middle of the night. which is not very pleasant as a woman traveling alone. It would also be good if there weren't more people than seats on such a long journey. Overall, you simply have to be aware of these circumstances in order to decide for or against this type of transport.

Language and communication

The counter staff at the ticket operator's offices is able to communicate in English. However, drivers do not speak English.

Finding your ride

Travelers can find their ride or driver at the company counter or ticket office. For pickups at an airport or terminal, travelers can meet their ride or driver at the specified arrival hall and gate number.

Baggage and special items

Bicycles: Bicycles are permitted on board with an additional fee equivalent to a passenger fare, varying by destination.
Motorbikes: Motorbikes are allowed on board with an additional charge. This fee is double the price of a passenger ticket, varying based on the destination.

Booking and Amendments

Name Changes: Name changes on bookings are permitted after approval. Such changes can be made up to one day before travel without incurring any fees.
E-Tickets: Passengers are required to print their tickets, but they do not need to print the confirmation email.
